About the price.

What am I paying you for, exactly?

The management: provisioning, environments, staging clones with mail neutralized, Git-based addons, encrypted off-site backups, monitoring and alerts, TLS, and audited support access. Not the server.

So what does the server cost?

Whatever your provider charges — you open the account and pay them directly. A machine big enough for one Odoo is usually in the region of $10–$30 a month depending on provider and size. We add nothing to it.

What do I need before I start?

A server you can reach over SSH, and a domain. We connect, check the machine is fit to run Odoo, and take it from there.

When is Mindphin Server available?

Not yet. When it is, it will be a managed machine billed alongside your plan, for people who would rather not run a cloud account at all. Until then every plan runs on your own server.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, either direction. Base to Pro when you need more environments; back again if you don't.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It was never anywhere else. The server is your account, and a backup is a standard Odoo dump plus the filestore — restorable on any Odoo.
